ADVANCE PLACEMENTS

Sponsored by College Board, the same organization the administers the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), the Advance Placement Program offers students the opportunity to study college-level courses while in high school and earn college credit after successful passage of exams.

Advance Placement courses allow students to:

  • Dig deeper into subjects that interest them.

  • Stand out in the college admission process.

  • Build the confidence and skills they need to tackle challenging college coursework.

  • Increase their chances of completing a college degree in 4 years or less.
